I bought three of them (two from Amazon, one from another online retailer) and installed them on my draft system. Unfortunately, the chalkboard portion of the handle -- you know, the part that made you want to buy this product in the first place -- is not good for writing on with chalk. What it *is* good for, is scraping away when you write on it with chalk, exposing the wooden handle underneath. The handles are built from quality wood, and they have a great feel, so I suppose exposing more of the wood beneath the chalkboard isn't the worst thing in the world, unless you really want it to, uh, be a working chalkboard. I guess you could buy some chalkboard paint at a craft store and use it to replace the crummy chalkboard that's on this tap handle, but if that's the way this is going to work, it's vastly overpriced. Don't buy this.
