## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this work with mains pressure ok and are there any custom charges to be added on on?**
A: The tap is built to a high quality but lacks in functionality. The mains pressure is adequate for cold water supply but if you have a conventional heating system the hot water supply is vertually nil.
I don’t understand what customs charges you are referring to.

**Q: How do you set up the sensor?  I’ve got no red light showing on the sensor?**
A: Insert 4 batteries into control module. 
Turn the knob on the control panel about one to one and a half turns from the manual postion. Wave hand infront of the sensor
Note the red light is tiny so look at it close up

**Q: Can you fit the tap without the bottom plate on?**
A: Yes you can, particularly if installed on sink.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the base plate? I need it to cover the two holes from the present fitting.**
A: 10inx2.5

Bought so we can use water to wash hands without touching taps with dirty hands and spreading germs. Wow! It’s amazing and looks so much more expensive that what it was. Similar product from an online store was over £100 more! Sensor is very sensitive and at times comes on when you are cleaning the sink so make sure the hose part is not on worktop etc. Has two options of flow....pour or shower which is great for swilling off dishes before dishwasher.Quite a lot of cables/wiring but so sturdy and easy to fit. Love the pull down hose to reach awkward areas and when you put hose back it automatically shuts off the water! So great all round, would and will recommend to everyone!! Thanks Amazon!

Really please with this purchase, it's bigger than I thought. It was really quick for the plumber to fit and it's very sturdy.  My daughter somehow seems to have developed a fondness of doing the washing up:)
