Just finished the initial setup and I'm impressed by how user-friendly the controls are. The Hatch Day countdown is a brilliant addition—it takes the guesswork out of the timeline. The unit is surprisingly lightweight but feels durable. I love that it’s designed for multiple species like chicken and duck eggs. It passed my initial power-on test with steady temp readings. Can't wait to get it fully loaded this weekend!

This incubator is horrible. The trays do not align properly and tipped several eggs over causing them to crack. The humidity reading without adding water (dry hatch method) is incorrect. I ended up having to remove the trays and hand rotate the eggs. What's the point in having a fully automatic incubator when it doesn't work properly? Very disappointed. This incubator can not handle the weight of chicken eggs and definitely not the weight of turkey eggs.

I bought this incubator because I had a very small one and needed a larger capacity. I love that the trays keep the eggs upright, creating the perfect conditions for proper air sac development. Assembly was very easy with the manual. It maintains the temperature and humidity well. The holder for the additional internal thermometer is fantastic. I also like that the egg storage area has a grip mat to prevent the eggs from splaying and is deep enough so the chicks don't fall out when you take them out of the incubator. Cleaning looks like it will be much easier.

Amazing product! I’m someone who recently started raising chickens, and I try to hatch some of their eggs. This incubator is very safe for the chicks and can hold a lot of eggs! Most eggs I put into it survive. The heat is adjustable and very easy to use. Terrific product and definitely worth the price!
