I am very happy with the support and the help I received. Now I am in peace and happy that I have bought a right product for my need. Really loved it.So go for it if you need a smoothing ambience with light. It gives a good feel if you can change the light colour according to your mood. Worked on old b22 bulb holderCons:1. Colors are lot inaccurate when in less brightness2. Doesn't go very low on brightness, even when slider is all the way to 0%Have not tested with Alexa. I tried connecting it to different sockets, but there was no life on the light bulb. I sent an email to Hans Lighting about this problem, but never got any response. I waited for a while before posting my comment so that they could correct the issue or replace the bulb. It has been over a month and no corrective action.
