How tall is this mouse laying down? The description has two different heights.

Hi Rob, it is very thin .... about an inch thick maybe 1.25. The dimension mentioned might be the width which is a little less than standard, just about 3 inches.

Does this charge with usb-c or micro usb?

This mouse uses a micro USB charging cable to charge. Don't worry, we have micro usb charging cable and USB-C adapter in our accessories.

Is this compatible with dell xps 13?

Should work with any computer via bluetooth or the provided dongle. Works great via blluetooth on my Toshiba Z40t laptop. I like it because it is flat and stores nicely in my laptop case plus it's rechargeable so no need to worry about batteries dying with no spare on hand.
