THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THE LOCKING MECHANISM SOMETIMES WORKS AND MOST OTHER TIMES DOES NOT WORK. THE POLE BECOMES USELESS AS THIS CAUSES THE HEAD TO SWIVEL AND YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE CUT. 3) THE LINE ALWAYS SEEMS TO RUN OFF THE PULLEY. THIS MAKES YOU HAVE TO LOWER THE POLE SO YOU CAN GET ACCESS TO PULLEY AND PLACE THE LINE INTO PULLEY GROOVE. A SIMPLE GUIDE TO KEEP THE LINE IN PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PROPER WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM.
