Looks wise, the Besfelos Pull Out Bathroom Faucet is really nothing much to look at. It feels much more utilitarian and the panels which are openly visible don't scream elegance. However, replacing the faucet at home with this is an overall massive upgrade. Installing it overall was a relatively lightweight and easy process in our single-hole bathroom granite countertop. It fit well, presented no leakage issues while being a thousand times more functional. I love the fountain mode which made brushing teeth a new and more efficient experience. I have a few issues with the build quality as it feels it is more plastic in some areas which is a little bit unfortunate but overall the function is a huge plus.

I bought two, in case I had to replace the other faucet, around two months ago. The cold water does not run strong.

The connection was loose and started leaking as soon as I turned the water on, flooding my entire bathroom. A brand-new faucet should not have a faulty supply line. Got this to replace a tired faucet and it instantly feels like an upgrade. This faucet is a little larger than expected, but it's very nice and solid built. The brushed nickel finish looks clean in person and hasn’t shown spots so far. Everything moves smoothly and the pull out sprayer snaps back in place without fighting it. Once installed, it feels solid, has good pressure and hasn’t loosened or leaked with daily use.
