I contacted the RP Warehouse to have the pad cut to fit my rug and they responded immediately, cut the rug to the right size (despite my faulty instructions) and shipped it within a day. The whole process was painless.So the low rating really goes to the quality of the pad: it feels uneven underfoot as if the material it is made out of has a different density in spots. This sort of makes for a weird experience when walking on a thin or medium carpet.
