I tried to ignore it but really couldn't.Attempted to change the rate switch (which was meant to improve the signal) but only got worse.I tried another product via Amazon and that worked perfectly, so I know it wasn't my headphones, possibly an issue with the signal interference?Overall, great service from the seller. Product was hit and miss for me.
