Review: Relief for that tickle! - I used to suck on LifeSavers as a kid, but let me tell you, these are the real "life savers." When you get a bad tickle in your throat, or start to cough and can't seem to stop, these are instantly soothing. I carry these with me everywhere and they have saved me during concerts, public speaking, you name it. I like these unflavored, uncolored because who needs extra chemicals-- they have a pleasant taste as is. Thayer's used to make good ones, too, but they were bought by a cosmetic company for their witch hazel/toner and they don't make the lozenges any more, fyi.

Most of the lozenges I found had other additives. This is the first one I found that is just slippery elm. These tablets are smaller and denser than Thayer's. They're unflavored, but sweetened. The taste is different, but good. I like to let them dissolve in my mouth. It takes a little longer than the Thayers, but they soothe just fine. Glad I found them. I hope they keep selling them.
