All of that for an amazing price...I also appreciated the great customer service and personalized email from the owner of the company. The email included a thank you & instructions on how to use the product...It arrived quickly and well packaged. Each individual band had its own packaging. I like the resistance bands’ quality & appearance. The rubber is very sturdy and don’t feel like I can easily snap them. The only thing about the bands is that I wish they were marked with the difficulty(resistance) level on each band. However, it’s not hard to figure out, and the colors help me to remember which is which...I was very impressed with the Core Sliders. They slide perfectly smooth on carpet using the plastic side, and very gently on hardwood using the foam side. The quality appears to be top-notch and should last for quite some time. I like the ability to exercise my arms, legs, butt, and core in so many variations. Overall, they are fun to use and the additional resistance bands really help in adding a challenge to your workout. This set is a great, less expensive alternative to the beachbody equipment.
