That’s some awesome customer service! When I got the new case I realized the magnet is not disabled when you insert your phone; the case simply changes shape. I think my first case was a little stiff (nothing wrong with that) and that’s why it wouldn’t close. The case is really nice. It’s well made and I really like how the belt loops are positioned so the case doesn’t sit too high on your waist. I highly recommend this case and the seller!10/09/18 - Nice case. Good quality. Strong magnet to hold it closed - as long as you don’t put your phone inside. That’s right! I looked at several and liked the way this one looked plus it said that it fit the iphone xs max with thin cover.
