At first the water would not spray out very well and then eventually the sweeper wasn't spinning very fast. I could smell the belt burning a little bit so I shut the machine off. I purchased the two belts here on desertcart for the lowest price I could find. One belt drives the water pump and the other belt has grooved teeth and spins the sweeper. Installed in under 10 minutes. Fired up the carpet cleaner and it works like new!! I almost threw it in the trash thinking I needed to spend $300 for a new model.
