Product Description Lupetta Spicy Calabrian 'Nduja Paste is a cross between a spicy, hot pâté and a spreadable salami. It is typically made with parts of the pig such as the shoulder and belly, as well as tripe, roasted peppers and a mixture of spices to give 'Nduja it's unique flavour. Ingredients Pork, pepper sauce (with peppers, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid), Extra Virgin Olive oil (20%), salt, hot pepper, dextrose, sucrose, smoked flavoring. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: Potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite Directions Mix the product well before each use to make it more homogeneous, because it is enriched with 25% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Review: Nduja Addict - I love Nduja! I've lived in Italy for 7 years and am married to an Italian, so like to think I have some experience on good and bad Nduja. Firstly, there are better quality Nduja pastes on the market but these tend to be vastly more expensive than this one. As a rule of thumb, this Nduja is fantastic for anything you're going to cook and heat up, so great on Pizza, pasta sauces etc. It really is good value for money and fits nicely on a fridge shelf. Tasty as in Calabria!! Great heated up and mixed on it's own with freshly cooked pasta or mixed in with a tomato sauce if you want something less spicy but still as tasty! If you're having Nduja cold such as on a bruschetta, then it's probably not the best quality Nduja you can find for this. I've given it 5 stars because of the value and purpose I use it for. Yummy! Love it!!

**Q: What is the shelf life of this product?**
A: Mines fine after several months keep in fridge and put a small layer of olive oil on top after a few weeks. Pour off use put oil back

**Q: I am quite poor and cant afford the higher price brands. why is this not very nice on toast or pitta breads compared to the more expensive brands? tia**
A: It's got a very nice spicy taste but it's very oily. It's a big tub so only used half before I had to throw it away. Nice on pizza

Read about this is Olive magazine - never heard of it! Obviously straight onto Amazon, got it, use it! Fantastic product. I use it in soups, sauces, pasta dishes, you name it in goes the nduja. Just adds a real depth of flavour. Highly recommend this. I split the big tub and freeze smaller quantities because you don’t need much. Freezes well and keeps n the fridge well
