They look original. **Q: “Is this item is original from oakley?”** A: There was nothing on the item or the additional gifts that said Oakley. After extensive wear, the lenses got scratched up but the frames were still in good shape. After looking at potentially purchasing another pair of Holbrook's, I stumbled upon Lens Swap on Amazon. After looking at the reviews and the price I decided to give it a try. I was very happy with my purchase and after another year of using my Holbrooks I was again in need of new lenses. I use my sunglasses religiously and wear them everywhere.Long story short, these are great lenses. They snap into the frames incredibly easily. For the money, you just can beat them. ### ⭐ Lenses were great at first, but deteriorated quickly *by X***S on November 28, 2017* UPDATED REVIEW 3/10/19First set, the silver finish on the mirrored lenses wore off after 4 months. I contacted LensSwap. To Their credit, they apologized and sent me two new sets of lenses and extra LensSwap sunglass bags. However, after 6 months of regular use, the finish on the new set of lenses also wore off. And not only did the finish wear off, but the UVA / UVB protection also appears to have worn off, as my eyes were seriously sunburnt after wearing these lenses on the beach last week. I finally realized the horrible burning and redness in my eyes was due to these faulty lenses. I urge the vendor to thoroughly test these lenses for defects in quality and to ensure full UVA / UVB protection after the finish wears off. It’s my firm belief that the protection is seriously diminished after 4 or 5 months of regular use. I don’t recommend these lenses. Your eyesight is too valuable to take this risk.ORIGINAL 5 STAR REVIEW:Extremely happy with these lenses! I was skeptical at first, but after reading the positive reviews I thought it was worth taking the chance. First off, the Lens Swap price is great. I went to the Oakley Store and they wanted $100 for replacement lenses, no thanks. I was also impressed by the email I received from Lens Swap shortly after I placed my order, thanking me for buying their product and offering me very easy to follow installation instructions. Very good idea, as I'm sure many people may be impulsive and try to replace them without reading the instructions. The lenses are very easy to replace. It makes me want to buy more lenses to change up the look and colors. The other thing I noticed is that these lenses are darker than the original lenses, offer a greater mirror effect, and images have more of a bluish tint, which I prefer. The original silver mirrored Oakley lenses were lighter and images had more of a grayish tint. You can really notice the difference if you swap out only one lens at a time and compare, especially when looking at the sky. The lens swap lenses make images appear sharper and with more contrast, the sky appears bluer, and the AR coating really works well to cut down solar glare and reflections within the lenses. I was really impressed by the difference, not sure why Oakley doesn't add this AR coating as standard. In my opinion, these new Lens Swap Polarized AR mirror lenses will perform much better than the original Oakley lenses on very bright days and in very bright locations with a lot of solar glare, like when skiing, on the water, or on the beach. They also came with a really cool black Lens Swap sunglass bag that has a built in pouch to store extra lenses or a microfiber cleaning cloth. (But I did not get a microfiber cloth, as others noted.
