My project (kitchen island) ended up having 67 individual pieces of wood. This little tool really helped me make all the joints very strong and lined up perfectly.The one challenge I had was seeing the centering lines on the middle section. They are etched into the black center piece and are painted white so they are visible but the outside clamp made it challenging for me to see them in my poorly lighted garage shop. I think my difficulty was more my fault than the design of this product. As I said, my project turned out looking great. I made heavy use of it in my most recent project (constructing a media center), and I'm not embarrassed to say that it's the nicest piece of furniture I've built thus far.There's not really much to review here. It's a couple of solid chunks of metal with a screw-drive to tighten and center it.
