High doses of Vitamin A, for no more than 3 days in a row, stops viruses from replicating, thus, killing the virus that makes you sick. This micellized Vit A is easy to take, and tastes great. My hubby got very sick with a virus one night, and stayed home from work the following day. I got him to take 2 doses of Vit A, Plus some elderberry syrup.
