Decent value, if you don't need heavy protection. *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2020* I bought this to replace a Roocase Origami on an older iPad mini. I loved the Roocase Origami design, but wasn't able to find another one for my two-year-old iPad at a reasonable price. This looked like the same design so I ordered it. As far as the way the cover folds up, it's a good imitation. But the Roocase one was hardshell with rubberized inside, while this is just kind of soft on the back, no hardshell/runner combo. The magnet on the front cover is a bit iffy in its placement and sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Also, since the front is vinyl-covered and the back is a different soft plastic, the colors aren't the same shade. Overall, this isn't bad, isn't excellent. If you don't need heavy protection, it's fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Okay case for a temporary basis *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2019* It will work for the price. It took about 10 days to arrive. It fits my iPad Pro 10.5 fine. The holes line up. It feels nice in my hand when I’m thumb typing. I like that it came with a black lining instead of the pictured gray. My issues are that the case’s edges aren’t rigid enough. If I hold my iPad with one hand, the case’s edge flexes out where I have my thumb. It feels slightly unstable when it does this. I also chose this case over another because the picture has 3 vertical panels, but the one they sent me has 4 (see picture). It’s not worth sending it back, but I’m a bit disappointed. Lastly the magnets are weak. The auto on/off feature works fine, but the magnets aren’t strong enough to keep a tight seal when held at an angle. I found this to be a problem with my last case because it will open just enough for some random envelope or paper clip to find it’s way between the cover and my screen while it’s in my purse. And for a girl who hates using screen protectors, these weak magnets lead to scratch hazards.
