I cook A LOT and have practically every kitchen 'gadget' there is, including the requisite monster food processor, blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, et al. which I've always found them to be, in most instances for my every day needs, a bit of overkill, space eater, and hassle to store and clean. So that was the impetus that moved me to look into a hand blender.What I found in my hunt for the perfect hand blender is that the MRQ hand blender has 800 watts of power — far more than almost all the other hand blenders AND has the most accessories (including a bonus stainless steel beaker that isn't noted in the description but is sent promptly after you send an email with a code provided on the 'thank you' card in the box. I've since tried out every functionality, accessory and option and, though I was skeptical given it's low price, it all works incredibly well. In fact, this set has taken the place of my large food processor, blender, hand mixer, and mini-prep food processor. Seriously—I now have plenty of room in my cabinet and didn't sacrifice in power (the 800w motor is a beast!).Now about their customer service: I was missing a part from my box (the spindle that the shredding/slicing blade disc goes on) so I contacted the seller via Amazon. Their customer service rep (Mary) was exceptionally responsive, professional, and prompt in remedying the situation. She also provided me with regular updates and treated me with care as if I was her only special customer. Had to use super glue to keep immersion blender case from falling off. Plastic drive parts break when you add crackers to processor cup. Almost immediately, the seller contacted us, was incredibly considerate and kind, apologized for the problems we experienced, and practically overnight, customer service sent us a new immersion hand blender. We have since tried all parts of the set and can very positively say this is a GREAT immersion hand blender. The 800 Watt hand blender is TERRIFIC for blending, chopping, slicing, grinding, etc. We utilized every feature of this set to prepare a large lasagne, from scratch. This hand immersion blender came in handy, every step of the way, and it decreased our preparation time by more than 75%! There are numerous pros, the most important of which are: a very strong 800 Watts motor, a large 1500mL food processor, with slicing and grating capabilities, exceedingly sharp blades, an exceptionally powerful mixer — this completely eliminates the need for 6 individual appliances! Best of all, the seller is FANTASTIC and offers SPECTACULAR customer care. We are extremely pleased. Thank you very much!Prior review: We were extremely excited to receive this, however, the paint was chipped on both the 600mL and 1500mL containers and most importantly, the 1500mL container would not lock into place. I have included a video. So, the slider and large container cannot be used at all, which is why we bought this model. Otherwise, if we just wanted the small beaker, we could have found one for 1/2 price. Extremely disappointed. Also, site advertised including a stainless steel container, which was not included. Most of my reviews are positive, but am exceedingly sad to leave a negative review for this product.
