However the ingredients are -- Colour - ammonia Caramel, glucose syrup and salt and that seems to be all!! **Q: is this concentrated ( thick or thin ) ?** A: I would say that this gravy browning is more thin than thick as it will pour out of the bottle. The main problem is that there is no dropper on the bottle any more and as you only need a tiny drop you have to be very careful. I usually forget and end up with dark chocolate coloured gravy!!! **Q: is it suitable for vegans?** A: I have checked on the bottle and it doesn't actually say it is suitable or not.
