what is main agent in product

please don't be like Alice. the ingredients in things really matter. shame on spectracide for hiding the main ingredient of their product. it is called Lambda Cyhalothrin, in a percentage of 0.03%. it is a synthetic pyrethroid. Synthetic pyrethroids are man made insecticides that mimic the chemical properties of a natural insecticide called Pyrethrum. it comes from crushing the petals of the Chrysanthemum flower. the synthetic version lasts longer, and can be made to deliver a higher dose. pesticides can be very dangerous to your pets, and kids. this one is fatal to bee's. don't use this near flowers where you have seen bee's. please do some research on the product you choose, before you use it. AND READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. anyone can write a review, that doesn't make them a professional. Cornell university has a great site to do your research. don't buy anything that doesn't list the ingredients ! don't be like Alice. we have a brain for a reason people, USE IT !

This was accidentally sprayed on soil of a garden bed containing growing vegetables. Is it safe to eat the vegetables? I can’t find info on this.

How do you protect your pets from the spray? Is it safe after it dries?

I have an outdoor cat who adopted me. I use this item a great deal. Depending upon the time of day you apply it, temperature outside, and sun location determines how fast it dries. I normally apply it an hour before the sun goes down. My cat isn't phased by it. If you have dogs, I would probably leave them in the backyard while you spray the front yard. Reverse the method on the next day.

The only ant spray i use

It works very well! This is the only ant spray I use. I've tried other brands but this seems to just work best for me. Kills ants on contact and keeps them away for quite a while. Has some odor, but unless youre spraying the heck out of an area, you dont notice it alot. Very easy to use as well and is cost effective for the money.

Got Carpenter Ants!

Works good for keeping carpenter ants at bay. has very little odor it reminds me of freshly installed carpet if you get a whiff. It does not seem to stain and is clear

This is ok and seems to help for the most part. I’m not sure it keeps ants out more than a day or two. We sprayed around the house and in the places they tend to gather but one little crumb and out they come. I still have to put out ant bait. Does not kill carpenter ants either.
