I used it one time so far and was very pleased it stayed in place. It was comfortable and did the job of keeping my mouth closed for the most part. My mouth opened a little bit because there was moisture coming from my mouth. So you can’t expect a super tight fit, but it can be adjusted easily to very tight to a little looser; that’s the great part. The straps especially are strong and of good quality, like the rest of the strap. My biggest negative is that wearing this has changed how my hair lays (or doesn't lay) down--I'm a male with relatively short haircut...my normally straight hair has developed waves that were never there before, and they align right where the chinstrap rides on my head. I do sweat more with this than with the single strap style chinstrap but this is really only an issue on the hottest of nights. Overall...it's good.
