I have never written a negative review of anything (I am really not fussy), but this was complete junk. It came flattened out, so you had to kind of poof the spine into place. The inserts were two thin clusters of tissue-thin plastic sheets each stuck to one side of the binder, with a big empty spot between them. I'm not sure I could actually slide a piece of paper into the inserts since the plastic was so thin (again, much like tissue).I wish I'd taken a picture. I didn't want to send it back so I put it out in the hallway where I work and somebody took it (so maybe it's not useless).
