Bad quality and bad customer service. Headset is too heavy and required multiple mods from third parties to make it somewhat comfortable. It requires a thrid party setup app and costs 25% more than on their website

Awesome headset, once you figure out how to connect/use it properly. Not intuitively obvious as to how to set it up. LOTS Of youtube videos thatstear you wrong. Finally found one that showed whatworked with my set. Great now it works. Now back to youtube to get the most out of it. It would have been nice to have some instruction. None included, none on website. Luckily there’s youtube. Tech support? HA! Good joke.

Avec une grosse configuration RTX 5090 32G0 // Ryzen 7 9800X3D // 64go de ram j'ai rencontré des difficultés au début pour pouvoir profiter de l'immersion....il faut juste savoir que plug and play n'existe pas du moins pour moi Sinon après quelques heures d'acharnement j'ai enfin réussi à faire tourner le pimax crystal super qui à son tour à réussi à me donner des nausées et des vertiges. L'immersion était belle et bien là dans flight simulator 2024 mais malheureusement j'ai préféré arrêter et le renvoyer pour la cause...trop mal à l'aise en hélicoptère au dessus de New-York. Je rajouterai ne vous fier pas à ce que les gens décrivent, mais faites comme moi vivez l'expérience pour vous donner votre propre opinion

Ich wechselte von der Meta Quest 3 zu diesem Headset in der Erwartung einer signifikanten qualitativen Verbesserung. Zwar ist die Bildqualität objektiv höher, jedoch steht dieser Zugewinn meines Erachtens in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis von rund 2000 Euro. Darüber hinaus erwies sich das Gerät als ergonomisch unzureichend und über längere Nutzungsdauer hinweg als deutlich unbequem. Aus diesen Gründen habe ich das Headset zurückgegeben und beabsichtige, auf die Veröffentlichung der Meta Quest 4 zu warten.

This headset is kind of expensive and I wouldn't have guessed that once I opened the box, the left controller was dead on arrival! I have submitted a "ticket" and anxiously awaiting their response. Over 2K in USD and it's not able to be used out of the box? I will submit another review after I, hopefully, hear back from them on the problem. I purchased this item through Amazon because I live in Alaska and Pimax does not ship to Alaska. With that said, how will I get a replacement for the DOA left controller. Stay tuned if you care to read about what happened. I will post it the minute I hear back or know anything about my "ticket"
