No. It just lights up. At least of the batteries are still good. Which hasn't always been the case with these.

Will it light up without placing in you mouth? I want to have my Halloween skeletons smoking cigars at their poker party scene in the front yard.

The tip of the cigar just needs to be a little bit wet not to much and than the Cigar will light up. This cigar does not show fog smoke. It only lights up

What are the measurements on the cigar? The ones under product dimentions look like they're for the package.

4-5 inched long and about 1 inch in diameter

How long is the actual cigar

Its a decent size and looks believable. I don't have it where I can measure it. Its packed away until halloween. I use it for my breezeway skeleton that sits on a chair.
