Previously I used eSun PLA+ on my Ender 3 V2 and sometimes every few prints I face some issues, and getting the temp right every time was probably one of the reasons. Not saying eSun is bad, it's just less forgiving than HatchBox. I decided to try the normal PLA, and all the print quality is guaranteed smooth. I use it on my Flashforge Creator Pro 2 which is a dual extruder printer. I wound about 30m of the filament on to an empty spool and loaded both spools into the printer as I wanted to do dual printing. With a setting of 230 Nozzle 105 Bed, the first few layers were great, but then filament stopped flowing and the printer was air printing. From the nake eye, it seems that filament stopped at about the same layer on both prints. I had to disassemble the printhead to clear the jam. It seems that the heat softened the filament causing it to compress and bulge in the PTFE tube just before the nozzle. Thinking that it is heat creep, I lower the nozzle temperature to 220 and the 210. Both times, I got the same result and have to disassemble the print head to clear the jam I have used Hatchbox silver and blue ABS and am still using it now to print as we speak, and both this colors print with no issues at all at 230 nozzle and 105 bed. So it must be a quality control issue.
