This saved me a lot of money (a replacement by a 3rd party would have been at least double price). Very easy instructions. I would recommend watching several YouTube videos. The equipment provided is of high quality. The battery is superb and has given my iPhone 6s a new lease of life. The screwdriver is a two-in-one screwdriver that is not clearly shown in the instructions. The top of the device unscrews to reveal the Philip type zero screwdriver. You have to get the iPhone to about 80 degrees centigrade. I used a good hairdryer on top heat settings. The rule of thumb you should be able to touch the device for 3 seconds without having to pull your hand away. I have done this several times and every time removing the battery is not simple and I have had to do the pry of shame. But just make sure the battery is very low on power before doing this. Use the plastic tool provided do not use anything metal to remove the battery. The replacement adhesive is superb. It's well designed, well priced, simply executed and all-round amazing value for money. If you're new to taking apart iPhones, don't panic, the instructions make it very easy to understand and everything you need is in the box. Despite taking electronics apart for a long time now, I'd never done an iPhone, so taking my time and making sure everything was done carefully, this took me just over an hour to do. The most amount of that time was removing the old battery because of the strong adhesive they use from the factory. As long as you're patient, this product will serve you above and beyond.
