it is USB 2.0. BUT , when you use it for just normal full body tracking , there is no latency at all.

yah it can , i us it for external hard disk and charge my phone , but it is USB 2.0 , so if you plan to use it for data transportation it will not work like USB 3.0 in the matter if transport speed of data. i hope i answered your question.
