Work 2976 Slip Resistant Chelsea Boots

I LOVE these boots, they are my first pair of Doc Martens. They definitely do need to be broken in with some initial use before they are as comfortable as they're meant to be. I wore them in so many places on my honeymoon, where we visited some rainy climates like Scotland, Norway, and Iceland, and not only were the boots shockingly comfortable for all day wear, but they were completely waterproof! My feet kept completely dry even in pouring rain. I was very impressed by how well they held up and definitely recommend them.

I'm obsessed with these boots. I've always loved the brand, but especially having non-slips ones have been AMAZING. I work as a bartender in a really high-volume venue. There are a lot of spills, chemicals, sanitizers, you name it. Last night I trudged through spilled ranch and later on, spilled macaroni and cheese. These boots bear it all and help prevent slips in this sort of environment. I also wear them often in the snow/ice, definitely helpful! Not only do they keep my feet safe, dry, and warm in all of the things, but they're also really comfortable. I'm used to Dr. Marten's taking awhile to break in, but these only took a day or so before they felt natural. I was pleasantly surprised! The material they're made of make it EXTREMELY easy to wipe and clean them up, especially not having to deal with laces. They're tight on the ankles, which is just fine for the shape of my body/legs/feet. But if you have wider calves or feet, I'd recommend looking into another variation of these instead.

The size is absolutely perfect & to me there is no ‘break in period’. These are going to be my most treasured boots! Truly love them! Thank you Dr Marten!!

Got these a few days before backpacking Ireland I would NOT recommend that. Break these thing in for a month before doing any kind of trip. For all That is holy do not wear these on an airplane till they are broken in. After that they are solid!! Some scuffs on the toe box from normal wear but they are really sturdy and still look good 3 years later from daily wear. my go-to.

These Chelsea boots look sharp and have excellent non-slip grip — perfect for greasy or wet floors and are great if you’re working around fryers or mop buckets. You’ll need about 7 full days of continuous wear before they really start to conform to your feet. You will feel real discomfort up front, especially if you’re on your feet for 6–8 hour shifts. The insoles that come with these are basic and thin — not built for long workdays. Invest in high-quality insoles. Otherwise, expect sore feet after a full shift. These are water-resistant, not waterproof. If you’re working in wet areas or frequently dealing with mop water, your feet will get wet. These are a solid option if you're looking for black stylish non-slip Chelsea boots that perform well on dry to mildly wet floors. But if you're not willing to endure the break-in period, upgrade the insoles, frequently work around water, or want comfort right out of the box, you may want to look elsewhere.

Good Boots. I use them for work. They are comfy once broken in. Good for Kitchens, but MUST be broken in before a full work day. I haven't fallen yet!

Love these boots!! So I needed slip resistance shoes to work in a bakery and I really wanted these. So I wear a size 8.5 and I got these in a size 7 Men. When I first got them I was worried I was gonna have to return them after the first wear because they were so tight!! But after the first two days, they no longer hurt but it feels like it shaped to my foot if that makes sense lol. It was just the width that was tight at first otherwise the length is true. Super sturdy, slip resistant, water rarely ends up in my shoe.

Son originales y muy bonitas, combinan con todo, al principio son duras y cansan después de un rato, pero sin duda tienen un excelente estilo, son de un excelente material, se ve que van a durar muchísimo, te recomiendo que pidas la talla que normalmente eres, quedan bien si ser justas ni olgadas, si eres de pie gordito la verdad no son para ti pues si son algo angostas del empeine, pero si no es tu caso son perfectas!
