Can this sharpener hold the angle around a half circle shaped blade to sharpen it?** A: Most ulus have a chisel ground blade shape. So look at yours carefully first because this product is really set up for that angle. **Q: How do you release the suction? i.e. remove it from the counter/table after use** A: There is a small lever attached at the top to both set and release the suction from the countertop or table.
