If she called directly, all she had to do is press the number button for the channel I was on, it would ring about 3 times at my device, then auto-answer we didn't have to press any button to simply have a real 2-way conversation. I will also add that the ring volume was adjustable but at the loudest volume it could wake me up without wearing my hearing aids I have only 60% hearing. Another good feature I really liked is if we disconnected the power to relocate a device it would retain all of its setting, so I didn't have to reset it to Auto-Answer mode -very convenient. We like them so much so now my wife has recovered were going to permanently install them throughout the house, basement, garage, kitchen and home office. They are perfect. Very highly recommended.

A: This feature needs to be turned on by the customer. Press and hold the 'VOL- key' until the dial icon appears in the lower right corner.

**Q: Why did some functions disappear after the power failure？**
A: After power failure, the automatic answering function, mute function, and replay function of the intercom need to be reset

**Q: Is setup required after receiving the package?**
A: No, our intercoms are plug-and-play. They are pre-set to CODE A, GROUP 1, and different local numbers in advance.

**Q: Why does my intercom make that loud static/screeching noise?**
A: These intercoms feature sensitive built-in mics and speakers. Maintain 8+ ft between units - closer distances may cause that high-pitched squeal at louder volumes. For clearer operation, use volume setting 3-4 or increase spacing slightly if needed

**Q: Why didn't my intercom package include a charger, cable, or user manual?**
A: Each package contains a user manual. Charging accessories are included for the number of radios in your package, all packed in a white box labeled "Charger & Cable Kit, please open." Be sure to check inside!

Truly Duplex, just like talking on a phone. I purchased the 4 pack as my wife has shoulder surgery, so during her 6-week recovery I was sleeping upstairs in our spare bedroom and was also working from home in our computer room, so we needed good communication if she needed assistance. These worked perfect. each device has its own assigned number so she could call me directly or if she wasn't sure where I was, she could do a group call. If she called directly, all she had to do is press the number button for the channel I was on, it would ring about 3 times at my device, then auto-answer we didn't have to press any button to simply have a real 2-way conversation. I will also add that the ring volume was adjustable but at the loudest volume it could wake me up without wearing my hearing aids I have only 60% hearing. Another good feature I really liked is if we disconnected the power to relocate a device it would retain all of its setting, so I didn't have to reset it to Auto-Answer mode -very convenient. We like them so much so now my wife has recovered were going to permanently install them throughout the house, basement, garage, kitchen and home office. They are perfect. Very highly recommended.

These intercoms are perfect. The reception is so clear and the volume is great. I don't think I could find another set that would be better than these. My only issue is they didn't come with any type of manual or instructions. We looked them up on line, but we shouldn't have to. They should have been included.
