Disappointed and lost belief ( -5 Negative )
If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.

Very good product
Excellent product.. Good build and performance. Very helpful in my healthy food journey. I majorly use it for steaming vegetables for my salad bowl.

Assembly issue
Inspite of replacement still the assembly is not proper I don't know what's the issue, and there's no help to reach out, the base rim is not properly sealed the lid doesn't fit on the steamer
