Before first use remove all packaging, handwash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. For maximum efficiency always use the lid. Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils to prevent scratching the non-stick surface. Do not allow a gas flame or heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan. Use a low to medium heat as overheating the pan can damage the non-stick coating. To clean, rinse in warm soapy water, wipe with a cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal scourers or abrasives. If any burnt food is left in the pan, leave to soak in hot soapy water before attempting to clean. Not suitable for oven use. Take care not to knock the lid, repeated or hard knocks may cause it to shatter. Do not immerse a hot lid into cold water. Never cut food inside of the pans. Only stand hot pans on heat protected surfaces. This product is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. Warnings Ensure that the handle is never left over the heat source.
