Review: Brilliant Non Stick Baking Sheet - These Tala extra large baking sheets - I bought 2. They are a great size for cookies as there is plenty of room to space them out. Used them lots of times and still looks fabulous like new and has a lip at the back. Quality is amazing, solid and the non stick coating is amazing. Very professional and excellent quality. Good value and would highly recommend.

**Q: Hi, Is this insulated/double layer? Thanks.**
A: No it’s not insulated or double layer but is very heavy and thick for a baking tray. It has a small lip on three sides. Hope this helps.

**Q: What are the actual dimensions of the baking sheet? 35 x 40 or 35 x 42? Thanks!**
A: Hi Caty. Ours is neither of these but measures 36 X 42cm

**Q: Could this be used to roast carrots and potatoes? Concerned that corners would drip the oil or are there ridges to prevent this?**
A: No, you need a roasting tin for that, the baking sheet is good for jacket potatoes or pizzas etc., with a suitable parchment sheet or similar on top.

**Q: Is this tray heavy enough to accumulate heat needed to brown the base of a pizza or bread loaf? 
250C, tray is allowed to pre-heat with the oven.**
A: Yes, this baking sheet is very heavy and will work very well for pizza and bread, it's pretty much all I now use it for.

These Tala extra large baking sheets - I bought 2. They are a great size for cookies as there is plenty of room to space them out.
