When I opened the box to take inventory everything seems to be there and in good shape and bagged separately in plastic. First question is about the plastic 'wrench'. What is it for? It doesn't fit the chrome nut covers (fits over loosely?), so what do I do with it? Where are the instructions for installation? Oh! ... found the instructions -- on the side of the box. Very basic -- kind of a joke in my opinion. There are 12 steel washers but the instructions say nothing about how or where to install them. So... I Googled install wheel covers on large trucks. The guy says take two opposing lug nuts off and place the hub cover over the wheel and install two washers and then reinstall the two opposing lug nuts. My guestion is .. won't torquing those lugs, crack the PLASTIC hub cover? Then, how do I put these plastic nut covers on? Just push? Turn? What the heck? The instructions on the side of the box say to push or turn the covers on until it holds the hub cover (axle cover) tightly. Then my question is, why did I remove and reinstall the two opposing lug nuts to hold it tightly? Then my question is, what do I turn the nut covers with? The wrench doesn't fit the nut covers. This is just another example of the seller avoiding their responsibility to provide adequate instruction on how to install a product. I'll take this box of plastic chrome to the shop and we'll screw around and see what works best. The product looks very nice but the instructions on how to properly install the kit are horrible and confusing. I give this an overall rating of 3 stars. I'm very disapointed. Maybe I'll update this review if and when I get these on my truck. Update... Returning this item. After checking with the mechanic at Ryder Truck Rental, he too questioned whether the plastic cover would crack when the lug nuts were retorqued to specifications.... Rather than take a chance I decided to return the complete kit. I think this could have been avoided if the steel washers had been mentioned in the product description. I am very disappointed in the way this product was described. I'm not willing to gamble on breaking/cracking the cover when retorqing the lug nuts... it's a no brainer. Buyer beware. ### ⭐ Do not Buy! *by A***. on February 14, 2023* I was really happy to receive my hub covers to put on my truck. The seller was quick to send me the items quickly. My issue is t with the seller but the product. I washed the truck and put on my hub covers just like the directions stated. Got on the road and when I stopped to get fuel I noticed that one hub cover and all the nut covers fell off. I checked the rest of my wheels and noticed that I have another 10 nut covers gone. This was by far my worst experience I have ever had with hub and nut covers.
