The company is based in Mumbai itself though, so same city delivery would obviously be fast. Nice to see a good quality product from an India based company. Tried it with Windows 10 custom desktop and Macbook pro 2012 running OSX Mojave. Runs perfectly on the desktop. Took about a minute for the pc to detect it and install drivers or whatever, though it didn't show any windows on the screen indicating that it was doing something. All buttons work perfectly. There's the left click, right click, scroll wheel + centre button, DPI+, DPI-, forward and backward. They are all reprogrammable using a 10mb Vulcan gaming mouse software from live-tech.in. Macbook support is not advertised or mentioned on the package, but all the usual buttons (left, scroll and right) work on the macbook. The forward and backward did not work in the google chrome browser, but honestly a gaming mouse functioning on a macbook is more than one can ask for. Lighting and usual buttons work just as expected. The RGB looks amazing and build quality is great. The wire seems to be braided, which does not look that good, but a quick search online says it helps improve life of the wire, so I'm happy about it. It is perfect for anyone getting into gaming or other applications of programmable mice. If the product malfunctions or anything of the sort, I'll update the review, but all good right now and I'd 10/10 recommend it. How to fix this from the LiveTech driver software ?** A: open livetech software. Near the right edge, there will be 10 profiles. right click the highlighted profile, usually it is P01. click save and give a filename and save it somewhere. Open that file and search scrollswap. U can change it to true/false based on ur need and save. Now right click P01 in livetech software and click load and choose the saved .pf file. Click 'ALL SAVE' at the bottom edge. **Q: how to change scroll direction ?** A: Download livetech software then go to profile p01 , right click then save the file on desktop. File saved will be .pg format .... Download notepad++ to edit this file and save in same format. Now open the .pg file and find the "scrollwheel" text and change to true/false accordingly. Then save the .of file and then load in p01 profile and press save as. Well that says much about the quality of this product. It fell from my desk a lot of times. Its USB connector got little bit disfigured. I used a tool to fix it and it started working.
