Cheap versions of the same tool have reviews stating it broke almost instantly. So I tried this. It's perfect. The quality is excellent, the whole thing is made of metal - came with extra set of pads for the teeth (excellent, thank you!) and feels good in the hand with a slightly rough handle so you don't slip while pressing. Really excellent tool and very well made, and cheaper than the knockoffs even.
