My husband and I set it up. There was a little damage done during shipping and 1 peg missing and another damaged. We called the seller and they were very nice. The ladder is made of thick metal and feels substantial. Even though my husband will use it to go over the fence I will use it in place of our more traditional ladders due to the small platform on top.
