Very light umami flavour

It's a good product. Little less salary and umami compared to other light soya products. If you are making authentic Chinese then it is go to product. If you are into Indo chinese then try other products.

Can add flavor without overpowering the dish and making everything black.Price is very high.

I advise everyone to avoid the other soy sauce companies with stereotypical Chinese names. This sauce from Lee Kum Kee is the real deal. No unnecessary artificial additions to make the sauce look like sludge or darker than obsidian. Ranvir Singh should know better about the things that I am mentioning in this review. 😉

I love it, it gives a little bit sweet to your dish and it gives tasty flavor.. I used this for marinating chicken together with light soy sauce of lee kum kee it's like a barbecue taste.

I Love the taste of most Lee Kum Kee products. I wish they made their products naturally though. This, like most soy sauces in the market, is filled with artificial flavours, additives etc.Superb taste, regardless.
