Tacky Gloves are recommended for spinning poles. Our gloves should be tight fitting. To prevent the gloves from slipping against the skin of your hands, apply a small amount of Mighty Grip Powder (sold separately,) to the palms of your hand before putting the gloves on. Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand. Measure your dominant hand - the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These gloves are pretty neat, but the velcro can be kind of pokey

The gloves are pretty neat. The inner surface of the palm is sticky plastic and the outside/back of the palm is fabric. I found the wrist velcro area to be too snug for me to wear these for extended periods of time if I match the strips up to one another, and if I attach the velcro a little looser (not matching the strips up perfectly), then the edges of the velcro poke me and my hands slide around in the gloves. I generally put these on if I'm specifically training a strength move and then remove them right after. I do like that I don't have to repeatedly buy grip aid. Also, they make my hands sweat some and I don't even have sweaty hands (usually they are as dry as a desert - I actually have to put some water on them before I climb because of how dry they are) because I guess the plastic holds in heat pretty well. Overall, this is a good product.
