Both work great. I like this keycap puller over others because the wire "loop" is a bit bigger and bows out a bit so it fits nicely on the 2 sides of the keycaps. Others that have come included with keyboards or keycaps tend to be smaller and you just grab the 2 corners with those. And the plastic ones wear out and break (and can scratch paint). I'm keeping several of these on hand from now on. And, hey, the reason to get 2 is for easier removal of the oversized keys (spacebar, shifts, Enter, etc) by grabbing both sides with a puller on each. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the trick for switch pulling and keycap removal. *by M***. on September 27, 2018* Does the trick. I like the switch puller because the tongs on it aren't too deep. They are deep enough to allow you to push the tabs in, grasp the switch, and pull out. Some other switch pullers have very long tongs which will depress the tab too far and sometimes snap it off.
