It just pops off with a flathead screwdriver so you're not guessing which one you need and accidentally order the wrong one. Now it is broken and I have to buy a new one *by G***D on January 1, 2024* I had a PS4 programmable backpads that were plug and play. After reviewing the entire post I see it needs to be disassembled, however I bought these PS5 paddles off of the title and pictures alone. It wasn't obvious to me I would need to take apart the controller, which now is not working correctly.
