The only con is that while the holes are a good size for chips and circuit board sized pots, I wish they had some slightly larger holes as well. I had to drill a few holes to make them slightly larger for 1/2 watt resistor leads and some larger caps. This isn't a problem, but including a row or two of slightly larger holes would be ideal, for me anyway.
