Review: Important Gear Part Failed – No Replacement Available - While the assembly was relatively smooth (it’s not Lego — the pieces don’t always fit perfectly), the major setback was that the most important component — the junction that drives the gear change — broke during the final stages of assembly. Unfortunately, there is no replacement part available for this piece, which makes the product unusable. After reporting this issue to the seller, the seller is completely unresponsive and not willing to replace the broken part which makes the entire effort made by my kid useless.
Review: Not worth for Money - The motor is not working. Parts are missing. No any proper response from the seller for almost 10 days after placing the request for refund.
