Review: Good Laundry Hampers! - I know, it's a laundry hamper right? But I found out the hard way that they aren't all the same. We had some of these, no problems, and needed a few more so I grabbed a few of a different brand and wow they were such a waste of money, the handles came off, the bottoms tore with regular use. They were also noticeably smaller - not a lot but enough that it was another minus for them. So I came back and got more of these Handy Laundry guys. They're a good size, strong enough, seem to be well sewn. We've had the older ones for quite some time with no ripping or handle issues. They hold the laundry, occasionally probably more than they really should even, with no issues and for a laundry hamper that's what you want. Buy these, they're good!

**Q: What are the dimensions?**
A: 11 by 11 inches square at top; 23.5 inches tall.  As you can see in picture - the corners have slight upward curve of bottom material.

**Q: is it easy to close when empty?**
A: That's less straight-forward a question that it may seem, since it depends on how small you want to make them.  The hampers will fold into a flat rectangle for easy storage (takes 1-2 seconds and no physical effort at all), or you can twist them into a small circle.  It isn't HARD to twist the hamper closed, but it does take practice.  I used to be able to do it with out even thinking about it (with the hampers like this that I bought for camping years ago), but I don't remember how anymore.  Flat rectangle: so easy your dog could probably do it.

**Q: How do you fix it?**
A: You mean set it up? It just unfolds ready to use.

**Q: How sturdy is this basket?**
A: Very sturdy and holds up well . Its a foldable pop up basket .

I know, it's a laundry hamper right? But I found out the hard way that they aren't all the same.
