Quite a delightful bare-bones MP3 player
I was at the MacWorld where the first iPod was announced, and I remember holding one of the very first iPods with absolutely covetous delight. I'd never seen such a thing before, and couldn't imagine a more perfect way to carry music around. Fast forward a couple decades and a tiny, bare-bones, stripped-down music player has features that the iPod designer couldn't even dream of: Video! Bluetooth! Audiobooks! God I love living in the future. I have a smartphone, so you might be wondering why I bothered to get this since a smartphone is in every way more capable. The answer is I got this purely to integrate into a device I'm building that has a Bluetooth amp connected to large speakers. We live in an age where it's actually cheaper to get a Bluetooth music player as an embedded part of an art project than it is to use a hard-wired solution. Did I mention I love living in the future? This little gadget is as close to perfect as to make no nevermind. Removable storage (which I validated with ValiDrive; the included memory card is real, not a fake). Simple to operate, simple to pair, comes with headphones though if you have Bluetooth headphones you won't need them, comes with a fitted plastic carrier, comes with a charging cable though since it uses USB-C to charge you likely won't need that either, and the controls are simple and easy to operate. The screen is surprisingly good. Well, actually, I take that backโeverything about it is surprisingly good. For the price and the form factor, it's much, much better quality than I expected. I got it for an art project but I might actually end up using it as a backup music player for when my phone's battery is low, or to listen to audiobooks. Another review mentioned you can't add apps to it. No, you can't, because it's a music player, though it is interesting to live in a world where people expect to be able to add apps to anything with a screen on it. You don't need to add apps. It's a charming little device as it is.

Solid with a Nice Touch Screen
My first impression of this player was very impressive. It is heavier and sturdier than any MP3 player I have owned. The controls are simple, and everything works with the touch screen. It actually felt like it was a small cell phone. The instructions are pretty basic, so it leaves you on your own to figure out how to use it. It is fairly intuitive for most things, but I still trying to figure out some features. The one thing I am having trouble with is the video. This is what I was really looking forward to. Most MP3 players have a screen that is too small for video. This one is actually usable. There was a cartoon video installed, and the playback was really good. I was really excited to put videos on it. It says the video must be in AVI format with a resolution of 128 X 160. I converted some videos to what the instructions said, but all I get is a File Format Error. I have tried several ways to do it, but no luck. Bummer. The MP3 feature works great, and it has large storage capacity. The radio feature works well for strong stations. Weaker stations will not come in without static. It will not pull in stations nearly as well as a car radio. Transferring data was easy. It comes with a very heavy duty cord for charging and data transfer. When you plug it in, the screen will offer a choice of either charging or data with charging. Then it will open a file folder and you can just copy files. If it had a decent users guide and the video would work, it would be an easy 5 stars.

DO NOT EXCEED 128gb of DOWNLOADABLE MEDIA FILES
Even though the player has a total of 256gb of memory, do not exceed 128gb of audio or the player will not function properly

Compact size is nice
This little MP3 player feels like it's solidly made. It has a decent display and the touch screen is responsive. One feature it has that most don't these days, is an FM radio. That's nice to have, on the occasion I want to listen tot he radio, for example, listening to a game while working in the yard. I would like it to have the ability to download apps like Audible, but so far I haven't figure out how to do that and I don't see it as an option in the little manual that comes with it. It comes with a basic case, ear phones and a transfer/charging cord, along with a 16GB memory card, which is a nice touch.

Excellent (VISDOMEVO 160GB MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi & 4G, MP3 MP4 Player)
This is basically a tiny tablet running Android 9. A little sluggish but fully functional. Supports the Play store and all the apps I chose to load worked fine. 32GB of storage is built in plus a 128GB micro SD card is pre-installed. A GPS receiver is included and, once loaded, Google Maps works excellently. A stand-out feature of this unit is that it has 4G/LTE data built in. A SIM card (nano size) can be added to the tray with the SD card. I tested it with a Google Fi SIM and found it to work flawlessly. Note that there is no phone functionality (voice or text) even when using a voice capable SIM. Takes about 25 seconds to boot from fully off but will last several days in standby. Much like a typical phone really. The build in speaker is adequate but you'll want headphones or an external speaker for decent sound quality. Built in camera is likewise adequate, just. Nicely finished and feels solid in the hand. Decent display, though using the touch screen is fiddly given its tiny size. A screen protector comes pre-installed and there's another in the box, as well as a TPU type case and basic USB-C headphones. Charging is via a USB-C port. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included and you can use pretty much any USB power source. (5V at up to 1A.) USB PD is also triggered so you can use a USB-C power supply with a USB-C to USB-C cable. Overall a really nice and versatile little device.

Complete functions, easy to use
This mini MP3 player comes with Bluetooth, making it easy to connect wireless headphones or speakers for a high-quality music experience. The touch screen design makes the operation very simple and intuitive, and the children can easily use it. The player supports lossless music playback, the sound quality is very good, and every time you listen to music, you can feel the delicate sound quality and rich layer. The FM radio feature is a great addition, allowing me to listen to the latest news and music programs while exercising or resting. USB OTG makes file transfer very convenient, you can transfer music files directly from the computer to the player, no additional software is required. Battery life is also excellent, and you can use it for many hours on a single charge, which is perfect for long trips or trips.

It is great when there is no internet available
This MP3 player excels in delivering high quality sound, particularly with lossless audio formats. The Bluetooth connectivity is reliable and pairs easily with various devices, providing a seamless wireless listening experience. The touchscreen is responsive and user friendly, allowing for effortless control and navigation. The built in speaker offers decent sound quality for casual listening, though headphones or external speakers are recommended for the best audio experience. The battery life is impressive. It also has ebook and radio functions. It is very good for long trip without internet.

Glitchy touchscreen, no clothes clip, no instructions
I needed a replacement for my tiny MP3 player that I take running and this looked like a good candidate. It has lots of storage, 8 on the chip and another 64 on the included memory card. But there is no clip to hold it to your clothes, so you would have to put it in a pocket and hope it doesn't bounce out. The touchscreen is glitchy, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, and with a screen this small accuracy is a problem. I kind of wish there was just a way to scroll. The included case is flexible plastic, might give a little protection if you dropped it. There are no instructions, a card included with the unit says to go to YouTube to see instructions but there is nothing under sandylee-musicsolution where you are directed to go. Also use your own earbuds, the ones supplied are terrible.
