USHA Steam Pro SI 3713, 1300 W Steam Iron, Powerful Steam Output Up to 18 G/Min, Non-Stick Soleplate (White & Blue), 1300 Watts

Good item

It's been 3 years and still working

Very good product Also delivered one day early Everything is good

The product has two years warranty and it took exactly two years for it to go bad. Bought it on 15 July 2023 and on 14 August 2025 it started smoking, smoke coming out from coils, the coating on iron-plate also got scratches with occasional normal usage and started leave behind spots on the clothing... water dripping during steam is tolerable. The ink on the buttons also got smudged off in few months so have to keep guessing the steam and heat parameters. Only good thing is that it is affordable steam iron but does not have longevity. Screws also got badly rusted. In product manual it mentions steps for self cleaning but there is no button on the iron. Mineral deposition would be there but if you occasionally heatup it for 2-3 minutes on full and thereafter use steam burst option, it may give few more months of usage, once calcification builds up the product will be useless and leave spots on linen. If can afford higher budget then buy something that has durability and that would give considerably higher convenience and actual steam function. Some irons also come with 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 functionality but do your own research, some really amazing products are out there.

Very Disappointed Sole plate started burning my clothes but when I lodged the complaint then local service centre vendor told me if you would have bought from direct showroom we can replace otherwise you had bought it from Amazon so we can repair the sole plate only

Very good quality. Using it for last 4-5 years.. Writting review after so long. And this works best. Light weight But I never used the water.
