If you need any help getting to sleep or going back to sleep when you wake up, look no further. This is an extremely tiny pill but it packs quite a punch. 15-20 minutes after taking it I can barely keep my eyes open. It’s so effective that my only caveat is to be careful when you take it. My husband woke up in the early morning and couldn’t get back to sleep. He took one too close to when he had to wake up.
