The phone was in working order, packaged very securly and with nice presentation. This phone appears very similar to the Samsung Note 3. The screen display is very nice. The 3rd day, I started having problems with the loudspeaker. It needed replaced. The phone is fast and works great. There are a few settings that needed to be configured to work properly. But it is working well for now. It came with 2 batteries, necessary for heavy use.
