Works flawlessly, Have used it in freezer for couple of days, then under sun, then in car, the readings are accurate and reliable. Review: Decent Product worth money - Good product , value for money , it does its job for this price range . Wished it had an on/off switch as it remains on through out .Accuracy is +/- 1-2deg generally .So take account of that .The other problem is the probe wire connection , which may get detached if not handled properly , the reason I pushed it between the clip .
